The dignity of aging
old is not 
like illness, but often confuse or associate concepts unsuitable due to lack of a state that is universal to every vivo. It is an ongoing process that leads to physiological changes in biological, psychological and biochemical been due course of time, which limits the functions and adaptability of human beings.
While the disease is an abnormal alteration any aspect of a person of any age is not normal but is rare.
But how we reduce our functional reserves?, It is estimated that one third is due to disuse, another sick and only the remaining third is due to aging, as we age we require an additional effort for the development of daily activities.
While there is greater prevalence of disease in this group, they depend on or are influenced by age, functional status, nutrition, psychosocial issues, polypharmacy because this sector of the population have the disease 3.5 outpatient and inpatient requiring an average of 5 diseases.
