1. On the one hand, I would emphasize that we are targeting professionals, a group too small to get to 'noise' enough to 'someone' will listen to us, and therefore, we need the maximum possible collaboration.
2. The issue is the dismantling of the Network Orientation (Quality Service, according to different laws) and the Centers and Professionals are the teachers (CAPs, former CPRs).
3. This implies a 'Reattaching' leading professional many years working (with parking) and leads to a reduction of many jobs, so some people, who spend an unusual effort every two years to prove to the Administration that we are able to pass the exams again and again (competing for it with thousands of people) will go to STOP without 'cost' anything economically.
3. I think it's a right and a duty, not only professionals but also parents struggle to improve the quality of the education of their children, as it should be going up. Currently the number of Career Guidance are totally inadequate and should be increased, however, will result in significant staff reductions.
4. We feel helpless because the administration is ignoring the legal proceedings to 'dismantle' a very complex network, ignoring labor rights that workers have and which historically has been struggling. GREAT! I just came from the conference and want to thank the spokespersons for the PSOE and IU Parliamentarians for his analysis of the subject, talk sense and "knowingly" and put on the table the words "independence" and " autonomy "and understand basic principles and necessary for a quality education system. Demonstrate a degree of intelligence and understanding that we are lacking in some of these "scholars" school directors and members of the Cloisters when you say "but ... why not want to work within the school?
