I do not know if you know that on 10 July at 20.00 THERE IS A CONCENTRATION IN PUERTA DEL SOL DEVASTATING TO PROTEST THE DEMOLITION OF THE NETWORK OF GUIDANCE IN PUBLIC EDUCATION THE COMMUNITY OF MADRID.
Please, if you have any chance, happens to all the mail people as possible so that we can support, or at least to disclose what is happening. I would like to extend my humble reflection, which of course you can debate on certain points I consider that the population in general (not just the career guidance) should know and 'Costs a lot to get' due to the complexity of our work and processes in which we are immersed:
1. On the one hand, I would emphasize that we are targeting professionals, a group too small to get to 'noise' enough to 'someone' will listen to us, and therefore, we need the maximum possible collaboration.
2. The issue is the dismantling of the Network Orientation (Quality Service, according to different laws) and the Centers and Professionals are the teachers (CAPs, former CPRs).
3. This implies a 'Reattaching' leading professional many years working (with parking) and leads to a reduction of many jobs, so some people, who spend an unusual effort every two years to prove to the Administration that we are able to pass the exams again and again (competing for it with thousands of people) will go to STOP without 'cost' anything economically.
3. I think it's a right and a duty, not only professionals but also parents struggle to improve the quality of the education of their children, as it should be going up. Currently the number of Career Guidance are totally inadequate and should be increased, however, will result in significant staff reductions.
4. We feel helpless because the administration is ignoring the legal proceedings to 'dismantle' a very complex network, ignoring labor rights that workers have and which historically has been struggling. People who are 'disrupting' all, they know our professional profile in order to restructure and do not have any technical criteria Can you imagine (by making an analogy) that tuvierais, to your knowledge, to organize the functioning of medical equipment a hospital, for example? All this plus the fact that we learned of the situation by 'third' 10 days before starting the selection processes of opposition to 20 days before all our fellow colleges and institutes were on vacation.
