- facilitate the promotion of initiatives targeting all the structures outlined above, for what specific areas have been enabled (EATs , EOEPs general and specific, and IES Apartments, Special Education and Adult Centres) to post opinions and other documents that encourage reflection and debate about the necessary improvements to the network of guidance.
- facilitate communication and exchange of information between different sectors, Area Offices and guidance structures, to understand better what may be happening in relation to the interests of the Network at any time
- Spread opinions and proposals of various kinds, and those for mobilizing a quality orientation. Spread
