PRD: 2.5 million paid Camps phantom draft Calatrava

The Generalitat Valenciana paid in 2005 to 2.5 million architect Santiago Calatrava euros for writing the draft of a skyscraper that will be made and whose viability and then discussed their own Trustee [House] of regional accounts. Finger awarded a total of 15 million euros, the contract was signed on September 14, 2005.
